🏦Governance

OpenAlpha's governance is structured through a legally incorporated Cayman Islands Foundation. This entity serves as the administrative backbone for protocol governance and long-term stewardship.

OpenAlpha Foundation Responsibilities

  • Oversight of protocol upgrades and security reviews

  • Appointment of service providers (auditors, legal, compliance)

  • Custodianship of treasury and fee flow routing

  • Oversight of DAO proposals and votes (when applicable)

Community Participation

  • Governance may evolve into a DAO or hybrid DAO-Foundation model

  • Token-based and role-based governance rights can be issued

  • Stakeholders can propose changes to vault parameters, integrations, and protocol fees

This structure ensures a compliant, flexible, and transparent governance framework with room for progressive decentralization.
