OpenAlpha offers a robust and transparent fee framework allowing vault creators to monetize strategy management while aligning incentives with investors.

Supported Fee Types

• Infrastructure Fee: A recurring fee calculated as a percentage of assets under management (e.g., 2% annually).

• Performance Fee: Charged as a percentage of profits above a high-water mark or hurdle rate (e.g., 20% of gains).

• Entrance Fee: A one-time fee charged on new deposits to cover onboarding or operational costs.

• Withdrawal Fee: Charged on redemptions to discourage short-term speculation and cover gas costs.

Fee Mechanics

• Fees accrue continuously and are calculated on-chain with transparent logic.

• Distribution of fees to designated wallets (managers, DAOs, or treasury addresses) is fully auditable.

• Optional fee vesting or streaming mechanisms can be implemented to smooth revenue recognition.
